The opening towards more traditional elaborations, or in any case towards a less extractive and material stylistic measure, even on the part of interpreters who once thought otherwise, is contributing to restoring breath, articulation and transparency to wines, indisputable qualities to convey a more idea manifest of individuality, to do the good of the territory and - much less important - for the comfort of my feeling.
