"Tasting: Bright yellow and fine perlage. Fresh flowers of lily of the valley, rose and acacia alternate with mandarin, kumquat, green apple, Williams pear, white peach. Then there is a slab of chalk and rock salt, accompanied by a background of almost balsamic green notes of anise, mint and lavender leaf. On the finish, bread-making fragrances make the nose softly pungent and more appealing. On the palate, the entrance is soft, creamy and savory. The pear, almond and gypsum ore are added to the after-taste, which intensifies in the mouth and reaches the flint. At a forward taste, the wine becomes more rigorous in the center of the palate, to then leave the finish to the fruit and the flavor of the mineral. Overall it is balanced and with a good structure.
